Project Description:
This is not a translator job but a free lance Japanese Speaking customer service position.
Our company is an Online Grocery Shop providing home delivery and targeting a new group of customers which is the Japanese community of Bangkok. The job will be to receive email and/or phone call from Japanse customers and respond positively to their request in their own language.
This job could be operated remotely from home. We are looking for a native speaker or someone fluent enough to communicate properly with Japanese customers.
