(every 30 seconds or so). I am assessing how many hours of film we have, but you can assume 10 hours. Please quote me a rate/hour of footage. Its mostly just one person on camera talking in Kazkah. Sometimes we hear the English or Kazakh question given to them.
Please make rates competitive as we are not a high budget film. It’s a documentary that benefits Kazakhstan. Also include your experience with transcription. Thank you.
Dates: We would want it ready by Jan 9th. And can deliver, via internet, the movie files… by Dec 16th.
